Sofia Hamilton, an Educational Psychologist and certified PEERS social skills provider will be providing the skills needed to become a successful high schooler at this Emotional Intelligence camp.
Activities will include:
- Identifying and regulating emotions
- Making and maintaining friendships
- Dealing with peer rejection and bullying
- Communication skills
- Positive mindset and calming strategies
- Team building games
- Arts & crafts
