Onondaga Camp

The perfect place for kids aged 7-16 to spend their summer, Onondaga Camp, established in 1918, provides plenty of opportunities for kids to have outdoor fun, learning, and adventure. Campers can spend either 2 or 4 weeks on the shore of Middle Bob Lake near Minden, Ontario with endless access to a wide range of different activities from windsurfing to mountain biking.

Depending on their age, campers will either stay in large 8 person wooden cabins (with washrooms) or large, waterproof 6 person platform tents along our waterfront (sleeping in bunk beds). The rest of the campsite has a number of common buildings and facilities where campers will spend their time together dining, doing arts and crafts, and spending any rainy days. With fully scheduled days from 7.45am-7.15pm, campers will be given the opportunity to try a number of activities keeping them busy and far from being bored.

Onondaga Camp offers close to 30 different activities for campers to participate in, including: Archery, Arts & Crafts, Ball Hockey, Basketball, Canoeing, Canoe Tripping, Challenge Swing, Climbing Wall, Crossbow, Dance, Drama, Ecology, Flying Fox, Golf (Range), Horseback Riding, Kayaking, Leather Craft, Mountain Biking, Pottery, High Ropes Course, Sailing, Skateboarding, Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, Water Trampoline, Windsurfing and Woodworking.
