The sold-out retreat from 2021 and 2022 is back for 2024! R3 has leveled up with new offering and it's time for you to level up your self-care for 2024. Join R3 in serene East End in November for 4 days and 3 rejuvenating nights to ignite lost passions and desires while cultivating new ideas of how to pamper and care for yourself.

What's Included in This Package: Luxury accommodations in private seaside cottages with daily meals, activities, welcome drink, welcome amentities

Renew with daily group worship (optional), mini group coaching sessions and other curated activities that will help you create the perfect self-care plan . Reconnect with other ladies as you tap into your creative side by participating in a cooking class.

Relax with a pampering massage. Enjoy lazing by the infinity pool or rock away in the seaside hammock. Or bask in the comforts of your ocean front or ocean view luxury villa.

Rejuvenate by nourishing your body with delicious food, strengthen your body and relieve physical tension and mental stress with a beachside Pilates session (Pilates mat not included), and up the tempo with a fun Zumba session.

New for 2024 - Multi-Sensory Dining Experience with professional chef Sara Mair Doak, who is a master at pairing flavors and giving you mouth watering dishes.

New for 2024 - Retreat into Silence: Nurturing the Soul's Serenity- a time of letting go of distractions and soaking up the beauty of your surroundings.

Also available: Add-On activities such as Facials, Manicures or Pedicures, paddle boarding, snorkeling and more. Available on request only, by pre-booking and at additional cost.
