All services are confidential. The Cayman Islands Crisis Centre carries out its mission by providing safe shelter for abused women and their children, a 24-hour crisis line, teen and young adults afterschool programme for at-risk youth, a walk-in centre for all victims of domestic abuse and ongoing supports and services for the Cayman Islands community. The Crisis Centre provides: 24/7 Emergency Shelter, Children and Youth Programme, Outreach Programme, Aftercare Programme, TAYA Lounge, walk-in services at Estella’s Place, Volunteer Programme, case management, individual and group psychoeducational support, risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy and referral services.

This charitable organisation operates on a strictly confidential basis and provides guidance and crisis support to all victims of domestic abuse in the Cayman Islands.
TAYA Lounge
This is a teens and young adults domestic abuse prevention and awareness after-school programme. TAYA Lounge is a safe place for at-risk youth ages 14-21, who either experienced or witnessed domestic abuse, have difficulties with finding effective ways to conflict resolution and in addition have very few or no family members/adults to rely on. The primary purpose of TAYA Lounge is to end the generational cycle of abuse, provide safe and supportive environment and ongoing therapeutic intervention, give youth the tools to build healthy relationships, identify unhealthy relationships, prevent teen dating abuse, domestic abuse and its long-lasting harmful effect on individuals and their communities. It also helps to develop resilience, coping skills and finding effective ways to conflict resolution. TAYA Lounge also provides recreational activities, and life skills development; it is a safe place where youth can make social and emotional connection with peers who also experienced similar challenges in their lives and build positive and supportive relationships. As a non-profit, charitable organization, the Cayman Island Crisis Centre survive depends on personal and corporate donations, financial and in-kind. CICC they assist all those individuals in our community who are experiencing domestic abuse and they believe that everyone deserves to live their lives being empowered, safe and free from abuse.
