About
Founded in 1906, St. Michaels University School (SMUS) is an independent, not-for-profit day (Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12) and boarding (Grade 9 to 12) school. The school is located in Victoria, Canada and brings students from over 28 different countries together for a student experience centered around academic excellence, character education and university preparation. The school provides an urban boarding opportunity in a safe and friendly city for 258 students that span six boarding houses on campus.
Curriculum: Every student’s learning journey is personalised and tailored to their strengths, weaknesses and interests. Academic programming is internationally recognised for its exceptional university preparation and focus and for offering more than 120 courses. Offering one of Canada’s largest Advanced Placement (AP) programmes, with 24 university-level courses, the student journey still expands beyond academics to nurture interests across the arts, athletics, leadership, service and outdoor education. International Boarding Fees
Grades 9-12
Fees for the 2025-26 year will be available in January 2025. Fee increases will be between the range of 6% to 7.5%.
