Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 teaspoons flax or hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cups pineapple
- 1/4 cups spinach
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 200ml milk of your choice

- Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
