Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoons flax or hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cups pineapple
  • 1/4 cups spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 200ml milk of your choice

  • Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
